We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours between Monday - Friday and all orders received before 2pm AEST (Monday – Friday) on the same business day*. If you place your order after 2pm (EST) or on a public holiday please allow 1-2 days processing.

We ship from Perth, Australia and we use Australia Post for all orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (ORDERS OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA)

We currently ship to the following locations:

Canada, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom, Europe, Iceland, Maldives, Singapore, Hong Kong and Indonesia. 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES

International customers (outside Australia) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.
