What materials are your chains and charms made from?
All of our chains and charms are crafted from high-quality stainless steel with a durable PVD coating and finished in 18k gold plating. This process provides extra protection, meaning your jewellery is waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and designed for everyday wear.
How long does it take to create?
Please allow 48 hours upon ordering for your design to be dispatched.
Can I change my design once I have ordered?
Because each Charm Bar piece is custom made just for you, we recommend double-checking your design before placing your order. However, if you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we’ll do our very best to help before your piece is assembled.
What is your return policy on custom designs?
Custom Charm Bar pieces are made just for you, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 7 days and we’ll help.
