RETURNS:

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily offer you a refund on your purchase. this will only be vailed until a week (7 days) once receiving your product. This excludes any style of EARRINGS, as we can not accept a return for hygiene reasons. 

Items must be returned in unworn condition, in their original packaging. Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process (make sure you get a tracking number) will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer. Once the returned products have arrived at our office, we will inspect them and process the refund to you within 48 hours. 

Please note the following:

• As charm necklaces are made-to-order pieces, these pieces are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on custom build your charm unless faulty.
  
• For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ALL earrings.
  
• Postage will be at the buyer's expense. We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.
• Products such as extension chains, gift wrap, polishing cloths, and packaging are not eligible for return or refund.
• Returns must be posted within 7 days of approval
  

REFUND/EXCHANGE PROCESS:

1. Alongside your purchase, you will receive a Returns/Exchange form. Please fill this form out and re-pack your order ready to send back to us. 

2. Please mail the item back to us, the address information is included on your form.

(For orders delivered outside of Australia where the product may be faulty or we have not delivered what you ordered, please contact our Email via email us and you will be advised of the return process. 

FAULTY PRODUCT:

Customers will initially be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any faulty products however, this amount will be refunded to your account once the product has been received and assessed. Please ensure you provide a delivery receipt with any charges to ensure your refund can be processed. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?

Once your items have been received by us, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your account. The retrieval of your refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to process the refund.
